Soft Pastel plein air painting workshop. Demo with wine and cheese reception on Friday evening and all day painting demos and instruction on November, 9 and 10. The workshop will focus on the techniques used to capture the landscape while painting outdoors with soft pastels. Cost will be $200. This will be the final introduction course given before a series of pastel courses will start in late Fall at Atelier covering subjects such as, painting the marsh, waves, dunes, ect….

The annual juried art exhibition highlights the recent work of artists across South Carolina featuring painting, sculpture, drawing, printmaking, and photography. Artworks receiving prizes are presented alongside a limited selection pieces identified by the juror meriting display.
